Cepheus.AI collects personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligation or for which there is a legitimate interest and for which it has the consent of the “User” for information and marketing purposes. Cepheus.AI undertakes to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection and undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties in any way without the User’s consent (except for data for which there is a legitimate interest for the purpose of performing the service). The processing of personal data based on a legitimate interest or representing a contractual obligation is performed by maintaining the highest standards of security and business. 

COLLECTION OF GENERAL DATA AND INFORMATION 
cepheusai.hr website collects general data and information when the respondent or automated system accesses the website. This general data and information are then stored on the server as log files.
